Great place for donuts

I have always loved Granny's. It is our go-to since Krispy Kreme is too far away. They have an excellent selection of doughnuts and other treats as well. The people are always friendly and the store is always clean. I have never gotten any duds before...everything tastes consistent.

Best donuts in the Triad area. Their apple fritters are THE BOMB!! Best ever!

This small non discrept,blink and you'll miss it amazing place to get FRESH MADE donuts. Apple fritters as big as a polar bears paws. You have to try Granny's.

My family and I have lived in Thomasville 6 years and never tried Granny's donuts we were really craving Krispy Kreme but didn't want to travel to high point so we gave Granny's Donuts a try and OMG I am glad we did! Their donuts are even better!! The donuts are so good! The staff was very kind as well! We will most definitely be going back regularly.

Granny's donuts is awesome! They have every donut imaginable. They also have different types of coffee and smoothies to excellently compliment the donuts.

Great donuts but what's up with your staff? We made our second visit tonight around 6:30pm and you weren't even busy, but man...your employee looked so sad, miserable and unhappy. Never cracked a smile, not friendly when asking what I wanted (2 simple donuts), and barely got a mumbled thanks when I left. Girl had on a Duke shirt and hair was braided in 2 braids. Maybe she needs a vacation?

They have great coffee. The coffee beans are ground fresh per order.

I work at thomasville medical center as a guest service rep. And i was sitting up front and the owner of granny's brought us 6 big boxes of doughnuts and that really shows how much they care about the community and the people!

I went there for the first time today and the donuts were OTH- Off The Hook! They were not to sweet and not underly (if that's a word) sweet, they were just right! I live in Lexington and I will be back for sure ❤

What’s Wrong?I got to Granny’s at 6pm for a dozen of glazed donuts and they were out of them...besides the distant acting associate, the bakery didn’t close until 8pm but still didn’t offer to make any. Talking about poor customer service & appreciation. Granny’s need us, we don’t need Granny’s: understand business/customer relationships...EW

I think there Donut's are better then Krispie Creams anyday there more fluffier and there bigger and softer then Krispie Creams.

Great doughnuts. Great service. Great prices. Lots of variety. Clean. What more can you ask for? I enjoy the chocolate covered cream filled doughnuts, but the regular glazed and everything else I have tried have been top quality! Keep up the good work!

Went there yesterday morning to do a review on my Youtube channel (Joshy Washy Review). I have always liked Granny's but never been my favorite. I was testing their maple bacon against Duck Donuts. The donut was cold as ice. I arrived there at 7 in the morning. The lady at the counter was rushing me because they had a $5 limit on card. Which is fine, but it was her attitude that though me off. Nonetheless, I tried the donut with high hopes and sadly it disappointed. Between the customer service and the ice cold donut I'm giving it a generous 2* out of 5*

Me in my mom/sister went there in 2 white women were working there they were so rude they didnt greet us or say one word to us when we walked in then proceeded to sit down in whisper in giggle in act all cocky. Service was HORRIBLE

Whether you choose this location or the one in High .Point… Get ready for the best freshly made donuts and pastries you will experience anywhere!

The donate are delicious especially the white creme filled mini donuts and red velvet mini donuts

Great doughnuts and good prices

Neat little bakery with a friendly staff. There is a good variety to choose from. These are not the bland pastries you would find in a supermarket or convenience store. Stop in and take some home or to work. Everyone will thank you.

This place is one of the best hidden treasures in the triad. The donuts are beyond belief good. From the fritters and bear paws, to the wide variety of pastries i have never had anything bad. They even have maple donuts with bacon.. OMG is it good. Staff is always extraordinarily friendly and very helpful. You will only be disappointed when they are closed.

I used to love going to granny’s when they first opened and now years later they have poor customer service. They are running out of donuts and not having any in the back in case they run out, also are closing earlier than the time they’re supposed to close. I went in there last week and they hardly had any donuts, did not have any extra in the back to order, and today they were already closed around 7pm. I don’t know what’s going with the staff but the lady who hired them she needs some new employees IMMEDIATELY. Will no longer get my business.

The staff is always cheerful and sweet, just like the doughnuts they serve. On this cool rainy day, nothing beats a hot cup of coffee and a doughnut ( or two ).

Me and my two daughters went to Granny's this afternoon to get some doughnuts. There were two girls working there. As soon as we came the girl that had two pony tails gave a unwelcoming look and didn't say hey or nothing. The other girl didn't say anything either. I asked the girl who had the two pony tails to give us a minute. She sat back down (which was ok) but her and the other girl started to whispering and laughing which I think was unprofessional. They can whisper and laugh but not give customers a smile or a welcoming. BUT best believe this, I will be speaking to the owner about them. If you dont like greeting people or smiling, then yall are in the WRONG LINE OF WORK because the job yall have deals with customers all day long. LEARN HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL!!!!!

As an old fan of old-fashioned, I'll say that Granny's has one of the best cake donuts in the country. I'm looking forward to trying everything else on the menu.

Barely enough cream in the Boston cream for two bites - the rest was just a chocolate covered doughnut. Okay place. I wouldn't say they're better than Krispy Kreme - different styles. Overall, they are a good place and will go again - just not for the Boston creme. :)
